I post a lot about my life. I like to look back and wonder who I was.
I love meeting people with open minds.
I add almost everyone back [ minus bots ].

  It's Friday, which is good.  I made it through the work-week.  Where's my trophy?  And wait, what am I being awarded for?  It's as if someone can finish work on Friday, enter an abyss, and return Monday morning. 
  "Aw, shit, Doug.  I'm sorry you didn't make it to the weekend." 
  I'm sure some people do that anyway.  It's called alcohol. 
  I had plans tonight.  That all got wallowed away in listening to the entire series of Alex Reads Twilight.  I know, internets.  I'm slow.  I should have watched it years ago. 
  I love the preoccupation with getting there first.  The idea that once you've seen something, you then have the power to beguile anyone who hasn't seen what you've seen. 
  Speaking of firsts, I have a confession to make.
  I've never seen Sixteen Candles.  
  If the internet were anything like real life, I'd be a viewer in the billions.  To be exact, the movie was out before I was born.  It's not to say the movie wasn't available to me.  WE Network was once the queen of 24-hour Sixteen Candles marathons.  Sorry, world.  I've let you down. 
  I should get on consuming my life watching videos.
  Forget movies.  YouTube has over 600 years of data.  I'd better start now. 

  It's been so long since my last edit. 
  I think I should have a time set aside every few months to edit the list.  I guess my interest of "velcro" entitles me to "weird things" as well.
  Making out?  Kissing?  Laughing?  Holding hands on the beach?  What am I, sixteen? 
  This isn't MySpace anymore. 

   In March, I make a pact to post every day in 2011.  Then I have an interview and get a full time job.  Ironically, that's what my last post is about. I go to university, stuff gets way out of hand, and now I'm back to the beginning.
   I'm still knitting, still taking tons of photos [ although not lately, because my camera's been lent and passed around. ]  I finish one of these in wine and white wool, amid streaming episodes of Doctor Who and killing my 5G internet bill once more.  Question:  Spend +$70 a month on overcharges on the internet, or spend $70 for an entire season to watch again and again?  I take the latter.   

   Dante wakes me up this morning.  Grrr, dogs.  Definitely something I'm not used to.  I give up and go back to sleep.
   I eat waffles and homemade maple syrup for breakfast.  I have never tasted anything so divine in my life.  Wow.  Then, I figure out an ingenious way to use my cassette-to-auxilliary-jack-thing by putting it in... a cassette player.  I don't have to listen to earphones any longer! 
   I clean my room and find an awesome keepsake that I hadn't seen in a long time.  When I was ten, my best childhood friend and I went to Chinatown in Toronto with his mom.  We both got rings at this tiny house that was converted into a store.  This seems super fitting because it's a rabbit (for Easter, duh), and because we still see each other on holidays. 


   Dad takes me driving at two.  My suckiness is still going strong on the stick front.  I wish I could get better, but it will come in time.  I just know I'll be laughing at this post later. 
   Once I get home, I put pictures up on my wall like so:  :)  The two on the left and the middle right one were $3 each at a thrift store.  FTW.  I have a weird feeling that I'm gonna spend a ton of time at the thrift store this summer. 


   I spend the rest of the night on YouTube.  I've already lost count of how much candy I've eaten today.
   UPDATE:  Forty-five minutes later!

I actually laughed when I heard the weather report about some crazy snowstorm about to hit the city.  It was 3 degrees C out, sunny and snow-free.

...The weatherman wasn't joking.  There's 15 cm of snow on my car.
